What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Perform high-quality body repairs on commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, structural alignment, and precision welding
  • Accurately diagnose collision damage and complete repairs that meet or exceed industry and manufacturer standards
  • Deliver flawless finishes while meeting tight deadlines to ensure every vehicle is safe and road-ready
  • Communicate effectively with team members, fleet managers, and customers
  • Maintain detailed repair documentation
  • Prioritize safety, keep tools and equipment in excellent condition, and help maintain a clean, organized shop
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2+ย years of proven experience in automotive or commercial body repair (heavy-duty truck and trailer experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Ability to handle heavy components, stand for extended periods, and work in a hands-on environment
