Bid Coordinator
Hollman is the world's largest manufacturer of wood and laminate lockers. We pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of our industry, continually offering new designs and finish options and producing them using the most modern computer-controlled equipment.
We seek a highly organized and detailed individual to join our fast-growing Sales Department. The Bid Coordinator will assist our Sales team with organizing and managing quotes and orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with their team and clients.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of inbound Estimating/Inbound Sales channels, including email, website, and phone.
  • Ability to read construction documents and written specifications.
  • Enter all opportunities/leads/contact information to Salesforce and assign to the appropriate team member.
  • Work directly with internal and external customers regularly, responding to inquiries and requests promptly, appropriately, and accurately.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a high awareness of client activities, including record keeping, project management, and professional communication with key contacts.
  • Track and research relevant projects for potential bid/construction opportunities or lock retrofits.
  • Build relationships with key contacts/accounts and call upon them for Hollman spec/sales.
  • Strategically think, build upon current processes, and create new ones that maximize Hollman’s client base.
  • Complete additional strategic or administrative tasks to support sales efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – outgoing amp; optimistic!
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Analytical skills - connect the dots, spots trends, and track the details.
  • Experience with sales or estimating preferred.
  • “Chaos Coordination” abilities – juggling several tasks simultaneously.
  • ERP experience, Syteline preferred.
