About the job

Join a role where you will lead the full lifecycle of high-value, strategically critical bids from initial qualification through final delivery. As the Sr. Bid Manager, you will guide senior sales leaders on winning strategies, competitive positioning, and proposal development while ensuring alignment with governance standards and organizational priorities. This role blends strategic insight, operational excellence, and team leadership to elevate bid performance and support sustained business growth.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring 

• Experience leading complex, high value bids within competitive B2B environments.
• Knowledge of bid governance, compliance requirements, and risk evaluation practices.
• Executive level communication skills to guide senior leaders and influence decision making.
• Proficiency with analytics and AI enabled tools that enhance bid productivity and quality.
• Background in mentoring teams and fostering effective collaboration.
• Project management expertise with platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, and CRM systems.
• Stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
• Detail focused approach to developing accurate, polished, client ready proposals.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, related field or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 3 years
