Donor Engagement Specialists focus on raising the financial resources needed to fulfill our mission. This is accomplished by developing and maintaining relationships with individuals and churches.

The Development Team encourages individuals and churches to partner financially with Pioneer Bible Translators, providing the resources needed to fulfill our mission of seeing a network of churches using Scripture to grow, mature and multiply in every language group on earth. The Development Team does a variety of things like speaking in front of groups and holding face-to-face meetings to raise funds, providing ongoing communication and encouragement to donors, organizing vision trips to the field, matching donor interests to specific needs, and organizing special fundraising events.
