Job description

Position Purpose:

The GTN Project Coordinator plays a key role in project managing all campaigns and special projects overseen by the Gospel Truth Network (GTN) Marketing team. This role ensures the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, helping to expand the reach and influence of GTN, a faith-based TV network. Reporting to the Director of GTN Strategy & Development, the GTN Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating efforts across various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with GTN's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will love helping others, thrive on variety, embrace both repetitive tasks and quickly changing priorities, and possess a genuine desire to support and serve the team and the mission.

Essential Duties:

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing and sales projects aligned with GTN goals.
  • Build and maintain workflows, boards, and tasks in Monday.com, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, and tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-team stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks; proactively resolve issues.
  • Manage vendors and conduct post-project reviews.
  • Act as liaison between Marketing/Sales and TV show Producers for product promotions.
  • Track and manage promotions, codes (UTM, coupon, QR), and campaign assets.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, web updates, and video-to-product alignment.
  • Maintain organized records and promotion tracking systems.
  • Lead monthly product meetings and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Track campaign performance and KPIs across channels.
  • Create clear, actionable reports and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and coding.
  • Manage financial records and cross-department charges.
  • Maintain real-time visibility on all projects.
  • Provide frequent, clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and document decisions and outcomes.
  • Maintain organized project boards, files, and documentation.
  • Support workload planning and resource allocation.
  • Improve workflows, implement automations, and adopt best practices.
  • Research and apply new tools, including AI, to increase efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills (Monday.com preferred).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-team coordination.
  • Experience with marketing workflows and campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (UTM, QR, coupon codes).
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and KPI tracking skills.
  • Budget tracking and administrative experience.
  • Tech-savvy with interest in automation and AI tools.
  • Adaptable, problem-solver, and committed to high-quality execution.

Requirements:

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • Must be trustworthy to uphold the ministry vision and execute plans as directed.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in marketing, media, or sales-driven environments.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com (required), including building boards, creating automations, and managing workflows. Familiarity with SharePoint, Nextcloud, and Office 365.
  • Demonstrated track record of proactive project ownership, not just managing tasks handed to you, but independently building and driving project plans from the ground up.
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, reporting, or data analysis is preferred.
  • Experience with budget tracking, expense management, or financial administration is preferred.
  • Background in marketing, media production, or digital campaigns is preferred.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
