Required skills, experience, etc.: 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP R12.2.5 development, strong techno-functional expertise supporting Financial and Supply Chain modules, experience developing customizations, extensions, and code fixes within Oracle EBS, advanced knowledge of PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages) and shell scripting, experience with OAF application development and customization, hands-on experience with Oracle Workflow and AME modules, proficiency in Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher, experience with application configuration, system troubleshooting, and performance optimization, ability to gather requirements and create functional/technical documentation, experience supporting third-party integrations, test script creation, and end-user training.
Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle ERP Techno Functional Developer to support Oracle EBS R12.2.5 Financial and Supply Chain modules through development, customization, and system support. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote in Chicago, IL.
What You’ll Do

  • Provide code fixes and develop customizations and extensions in Oracle R12 2 5 EBS Financial and Supply Chain modules
  • Develop stored procedures packages and shell scripts
  • Design and customize Oracle Application Framework OAF applications
  • Work with Oracle Workflow and AME modules
  • Develop Forms Reports and BI Publisher outputs
  • Create functional and technical design documentation based on business requirements
  • Perform application configuration and custom code development
  • Identify and resolve system performance issues and bugs
  • Gather requirements and maintain documentation
  • Support third party application interface development and maintenance
  • Create and execute test scripts
  • Train end users on application changes and capabilities
  • Perform additional duties as needed
What You’ll Need

Required:
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 2 5 in Financial and Supply Chain modules
  • Strong techno functional experience including development and business analysis
  • Experience developing stored procedures packages and shell scripts
  • Experience with OAF customization and development
  • Experience with Oracle Workflow and AME modules
  • Hands on experience with Forms Reports and BI Publisher
  • Experience creating functional and technical documentation
  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting application testing
  • Ability to work onsite three days per week in Chicago
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting third party system integrations
  • Experience training end users and supporting post deployment activities
  • Prior experience in transit or public sector environments
Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
