MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Fusion Reports Developer to join our innovative team. This is a REMOTE position.
The Oracle Fusion Reports Developer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the enterprise reporting and analytics efforts, to include creating BI Publisher templates, responding to/implementing/documenting required data models, and completing required reporting tasks/actions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Fulfilling the daily operational reporting requests generated by business users across the finance and HR departments.
  • Leveraging pre-built data models to construct tactical OTBI dashboards and specialized analytics.
  • Modifying existing BI Publisher templates and custom layout frameworks to align with stakeholder requirements.
  • Formatting various output types including PDF, Excel, and CSV to meet specific departmental reporting needs.
  • Interacting directly with end-users to iteratively refine report parameters, data definitions, and filter logic.
  • Applying appropriate data format masks for currency, numeric values, and complex timestamp records.
  • Ensuring that data-level security appropriately restricts users from viewing sensitive financial or PII data outside of their authorized corporate clearance levels.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise reports development.
  • Significant experience navigating Oracle Fusion Cloud environments and developing transactional reporting components.
  • Significant experience meeting corporate data requirements, especially as it relates to creating OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher templates.
  • Experience working across a large team to drive a technical data agenda and working with complex, intertwined data flows.
  • Experience inventorying complex databases and utilizing system models for financial and HR data domains.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical report documentation, particularly format masks and data security rules.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Fusion Analytics or BI Publisher specialized application developer certification.
  • Experience with the Sponsor's primary reporting security, identity management, and compliance automation tools.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $104,200.00-$172,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
