This key role is on-site at our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia.
As part of the Reporting Solutions group within Analytics, the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer I builds scalable reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights to the business. This role focuses on developing reliable dashboards and reports, refining datasets and semantic models, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with operational objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with intellectual curiosity, leveraging modern BI and AI-enabled tools to continuously improve reporting quality, efficiency, and business impact.
Reporting & Development
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain data models and semantic layers to support scalable reporting.
  • Develop, publish, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and Power BI Report Builder.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and support business users with self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Validate data accuracy and contribute to ongoing data quality initiatives.
  • Document report logic, calculations, and key business definitions to promote reuse and consistency.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and peers to review report designs, queries, and data models for performance and reliability.

AI Enablement and Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled tools within reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, documentation quality, and insight generation.
  • Partner with senior team members to pilot emerging BI and AI capabilities, such as GPT-enabled workflows, semantic search, or automated documentation.
