Position Overview

The VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy is a senior creative leader responsible for helping drive agency growth through new business development, strategic storytelling, and high-impact pitch leadership. This individual serves as a key creative partner in identifying, shaping, and winning new opportunities by developing compelling narratives, differentiated agency positioning, and persuasive presentations that showcase BGB's strategic and creative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative development of new business opportunities, including pitch strategy, messaging, concept development, and presentation creation.
  • Partner closely with agency leadership, Strategy, Account, andMedicalteams to identify and pursue growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop compelling narratives and agency positioning that effectively communicate BGB's value proposition, capabilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within each pitch opportunity, including briefing cross-functional teams, managing timelines,facilitatingcreative reviews, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring all contributors remain focused on a unified strategic and creative vision.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Strategy, Medical, Account, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting product launches, including high-science and specialty products, preferred.
  • Global experience a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $230,000

BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
