Job description

Position Title: Senior Certified Financial Planner & Wealth Manager
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to successful business owners and high-net-worth individuals while helping shape the future of a growing advisory firm. You'll work alongside legal, tax, insurance, and CFO professionals to deliver truly integrated financial strategies that create meaningful impact for clients. Beyond managing complex wealth planning engagements, you'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, mentoring advisors, and helping build something unique within the financial services industry. For professionals who want more than simply managing assets and are looking to influence strategy, lead client relationships, and grow into senior leadership, this role offers exceptional opportunity.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive financial planning and wealth management engagements
  • Conduct client meetings independently and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Develop investment, estate, tax, and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, insurance, tax, and CFO advisory teams
  • Evaluate investment solutions and provide portfolio guidance
  • Monitor economic and market conditions and communicate insights to clients
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with business owners and high-net-worth individuals
  • Support and mentor junior advisors as the team grows
  • Help transition and manage established client relationships

Requirements:
  • CFP certification required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of wealth management experience
  • Experience serving business owners and high-net-worth clients
  • Advanced proficiency with eMoney
  • Expertise in estate planning, tax planning, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Series 65 license
  • Life insurance licensing
  • Experience within boutique or integrated advisory firms
  • Leadership or team management experience
