We are currently looking for an Insurance Producer- Commercial Lines. This position will be located at our downtown Salt Lake City, UT location.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Develop and grow a book of business by prospecting, networking, and leveraging centers of influence (COIs)
  • Identify and pursue new commercial insurance opportunities across targeted industries and market segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, carriers, and referral partners
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and deliver customized insurance and risk management solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal service and underwriting teams to ensure exceptional client service and retention
  • Develop and execute a personal sales and marketing plan to drive sustained growth
  • Stay informed on market trends, carrier appetite, and industry developments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term approach to building a book
  • Confidence in cold outreach, networking, and closing deals
  • High energy, disciplined work ethic, and goal-oriented focus
  • Commitment to delivering value beyond the policy through trusted advisory relationships

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales or business development
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of referral sources and clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Self-driven with a high level of accountability, resilience, and competitive drive
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Requires a College Degree and 4+ years in insurance industry with underwriting, sales, and renewals. Insurance licensing required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
