Role Overview We're looking for a Social media Manager who is equal parts storyteller and content producer — someone who can take a brief and turn it into scroll-stopping creative for TikTok, Meta, and beyond. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Director to bring big ideas to life through emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and performance-minded content.

Key Responsibilities Creative Development & Campaign Execution Interpret creative briefs and translate them into platform-specific social and content concepts Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director to craft original creative treatments that align with campaign goals, product launches, and brand storytelling Support concepting for brand campaigns, social-first activations, influencer/editorial content, and evergreen storytelling Develop content outlines, shot lists, and storyboards for internal and external creators Help lead creative brainstorms and contribute ideas rooted in cultural trends, memes, audio, or real customer moments Content Production & Storytelling Produce short-form video and visual content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and other emerging platforms Write copy that reflects Comfrt's brand voice — warm, thoughtful, and real Be hands‐on with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc.) to bring concepts to life quickly Capture or direct behind-the-scenes, campaign, and in-the-moment content during shoots and events Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with creative, influencer, brand and performance teams to ensure all content is aligned and cohesive across channels Produce creative assets and direction to support influencer briefs, whitelisting, paid campaigns, and product drops Coordinate with external editors, creators, or freelancers when needed to scale content output Performance & Optimization Monitor and track the performance of content with the support of the Brand Marketing Manager Use insights to iterate on concepts and develop next‐gen creative Stay up to date on platform shifts, content trends, and cultural conversations Required Qualifications 2–3 years experience in social content, creative production, or brand storytelling Proven ability to take a campaign brief and turn it into social-first creative ideas across multiple platforms Strong writing skills with an intuitive understanding of tone, pacing, and emotional resonance Hands‐on experience producing and editing video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels Familiarity with creative workflows, content calendars, and production timelines Fluent in platform-native tools and trends — TikTok editing, transitions, trending audio, etc. Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, highly collaborative environment Platform Experience Sproutsocial Meta and TikTok Shopify Plus DAM Why Join Comfrt?
