Job description

Title: Safety Manager
Industry: Large Electrical Construction Contractor
Location: Milwaukee, WI (6 months) โ†’ LaPorte, IN (project transfer)
Salary Range: $50.00 - $55.00 / Per hour + Significant Overtime + Per Diem up to $6500 / month taxable
Benefits: BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 3 Weeks PTO, 2 Floating Holidays, Mileage Reimbursement

We're partnering with a well-established electrical construction contractor on a Safety Manager opportunity supporting one of the Midwest's largest data center construction projects.
This is a field-based leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture across active commercial electrical construction sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction safety experience and enjoys working directly with project teams to ensure OSHA compliance, conduct site inspections, lead incident investigations and promote safe work practices.
What we're looking for:
โ€ข 3-5+ years of construction safety experience
โ€ข Commercial construction background required
โ€ข Electrical construction experience strongly preferred
โ€ข Data center construction experience is a major plus
โ€ข OSHA construction knowledge
โ€ข Willingness to relocate from Wisconsin to Indiana after approximately six months
