Overview & Requirements

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for both novice and seasoned anesthesiologists to become part of our extensive surgical teams in Summit, a friendly community situated in the picturesque Lake Country of Wisconsin.

Key Highlights

  • A state-of-the-art hospital located in Lake Country, just 35 minutes from Milwaukee and under an hour from Madison.

  • Provide care for a diverse range of patients, including those undergoing general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, ENT procedures, and some pediatric cases, with chances to perform regional anesthesia, epidurals, and other essential procedures.

  • An established cardiac program offering opportunities for anesthesiologists who have completed fellowship training in cardiac anesthesia.

  • A varied general case mix, encompassing general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, and ENT.

  • Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own cases, along with some opportunities for medical direction.

  • Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.

  • Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, which enhances clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature.

  • Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients.

  • Utilize the EPIC EMR System: As the largest user of EPIC in the nation, we ensure an optimized electronic medical record system.

Required Training and Experience

  • Completion of an accredited residency program in anesthesiology.

  • Eligibility for or certification by the board in Anesthesiology.
