Who you are:

  • Operational Leader- Someone who can support administrative tasks, manage labor, and hit speed-of-service goals.
  • High-Level Coach- A mentor who provides consistent coaching to Shift Leaders and Baristas while facilitating new hire training.
  • Accountability Pro- A leader who ensures every team member adheres to MOKA's core values and safety protocols.

  • Manage Inventory- Oversee inventory counts and assist with ordering to prevent supply shortages.
