We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven professional to manage supplier portfolios, drive financial performance, and support strategic growth across the Wine & Spirits business.
How You Will Contribute
Market / Operational Execution
  • Develop and execute business plans across assigned supplier portfolios, aligning with company goals, sales targets, and financial objectives.
  • Build and manage portfolio-level financial plans, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Manage pricing strategy and execution to ensure competitive positioning and optimal financial performance.
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and program effectiveness; adjust strategies to drive growth and improve outcomes.

Customer & Account Support
  • Partner with Sales teams and Key Account Executives to support portfolio growth, distribution, and execution across accounts.
  • Provide insight into market trends, customer behavior, and portfolio performance to inform commercial strategy.
  • Support programming, promotions, and portfolio initiatives that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Team & Operational Support
  • Educate and motivate the sales organization on portfolio priorities, brand positioning, and key opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on portfolio strategy and execution.
  • Support supplier relationships through regular communication, reporting, and business review processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and performance tracking.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in beverage alcohol, sales, or portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise channels, market dynamics, and consumer trends.
  • Experience managing financial performance, pricing, and portfolio strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion and knowledge of wine, spirits, and the beverage industry; certifications (WSET, CSW, or similar) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with reporting tools or portfolio systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
