The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing operations of all food and beverage outlets, delivering excellent guest experience while training staff and working within budget guidelines. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Manage all food and beverage operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Maximize sales and revenue
  • Ensure compliance with company standards
  • Consistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standards
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage team
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
  • Maintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventories
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvement
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Requirements
  • Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry
  • A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and Food amp; Beverage Cost, and labor management
  • Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must. Ability to multi-task
  • Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
  • Must be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members.
