Commercial Broker Compensation & Benefits:

Commercial Broker Responsibilities:
  • Lead market analysis to identify trends, valuations, and investment opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, property owners, and investors
  • Oversee the strategic listing, marketing, and positioning of commercial properties
  • Negotiate and manage complex lease and sale transactions from start to close
  • Ensure transaction documentation is accurate, compliant, and risk-aware
  • Drive business development through networking, referrals, and market leadership

Commercial Broker Requirements:
  • BS degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • CCIM designation or auction-based transaction experience preferred
