Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Home Health LPNs for new opportunities to work with patients.

Position Details:

  • Position: Home Health LPN | Full Time 
  • Facility Type: Group Home
  • Travel pay Available
  • Flexibility
  • Requirements: 1-2 years of experience working in Home Health/Group Home; LPN state license/permit required
  • Travel Pay Available (non-taxed): Equating to roughly +$36/hr

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice
  • One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
