Responsibilities
  • Act as a utility player across Payer Sciences teams, providing reference research, annotation support, simple manuscript drafting, and preparing deliverables for medical/legal/regulatory review with accurate referencing and regulatory compliance
  • Can coordinate and own multiple projects from kickoff to field implementation, interact with clients on a regular basis, and communicate well with all team members
  • Embrace new ideas and think strategically to develop concepts, solutions and messaging, in collaboration with other Payer Sciences team members
  • Understand agency process and guidelines, including time management and attention to detail
  • Has the ability to digest scientific data/information and interpret its application for formulary decision-makers or other healthcare professionals
  • Maintains knowledge of a variety of therapeutic categories
  • Participate in idea generation at an individual and group level
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of agency copywriting experience or equivalent (inclusive of internship experience)
  • Experience writing for payer/managed markets audiences preferred
  • Professional maturity, integrity, rigor, and a positive attitude
  • Flexible and collaborative style
  • Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of marketing communications materials, both digital and print
  • Experience with current communications technology and media channels; experience with digital media a plus
  • Self-motivated to work independently
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in English, journalism, communications, or a science preferred

  • Hybrid On-site at our office in Morristown, NJ minimum 3 days a week

ย Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $59,553.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
