Job Description

Twin Farms is looking for a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, focused on keeping our guest cottages, common areas, and facilities looking their best. If you take pride in solid workmanship, know your tools, and care about doing the job right the first time, you’ll fit in well here.

Experience in commercial painting is preferred, and specialty finishes are a strong plus. This position is ideal for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight-knit maintenance team.

What You’ll Do

  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout the property, including guest cottages and shared spaces

  • Prep surfaces properly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming

  • Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when needed

  • Help with minor flooring projects (installation, repair, or refinishing)

  • Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Work closely with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and with minimal impact on guests

  • Follow all safety procedures and property standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial experience preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface prep

  • Experience with specialty painting techniques strongly preferred

  • Flooring experience a plus (tile, wood, or vinyl)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Pride in craftsmanship and strong attention to detail

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
