  • Client & Economic Insights: Champion a practical understanding of banking economics, customer value, profitability, and lifetime value. Convert client, portfolio, loyalty, and campaign data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and investment decisions.
  • Audience Strategy & Personalization: Lead audience analytics capabilities including segmentation, targeting, lookalike modelling, next-best-action support, and personalization insights for digital, paid media, and direct marketing activation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Channel, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders to frame business questions, align on success measures, and communicate findings in a clear, executive-ready manner to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • People Leadership, Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Lead, coach, and develop marketing analytics talent while identifying opportunities to improve analytics processes through automation, AI-enabled workflows, experimentation, and best-practice methods. Promote a culture of measurement, learning, and continuous improvement.
