Enable personalization strategies and next-best-action decisioning through machine learning and behavioural analytics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to frame analytical problems and translate insights into business actions. Communicate complex analytical outputs in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive innovation through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and the application of emerging AI techniques. Act as a subject matter expert in marketing science, contributing to the broader analytics community and influencing best practices.
