WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE IN-STORE DEMONSTRATOR

As the first point of contact for Costco members, your mission is to be a friendly, persuasive "Brand Storyteller." You aren't just selling a product; you are selling comfort and style.

● Engage & Persuade: Use your upbeat and optimistic personality to greet shoppers and build instant rapport.

● Appointment Setting: Qualify homeowners and schedule 4–5 in-home design consultations per day using an iPad.

● Maintain the Vibe: Keep our in-store booth looking professional and maintain a motivational, positive tone at all times.

● Data Management: Capture lead details accurately in our CRM to support our design team.

● Experience: 1+ year of sales or customer service (Trade show/event experience preferred).

● Tech Savvy: Ability to work on a tablet or iPad (we provide training).

● Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for several hours and maintain high mental stamina throughout the shift.

● Schedule: Monday–Thursday (9:30 am – 8:30 pm)
