Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, you will lead Human Resources, employee relations, and labor relations for our large manufacturing plant in Russellville, Arkansas. This onsite role supports a facility producing approximately 300 million frozen meals annually across brands including Banquet, P.F. Chang’s, Bertolli, Marie Callender’s, and Healthy Choice. You will oversee core Human Resources functions such as safety, recruiting, labor relations, training, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action programs, benefits, compensation, and employee relations, while partnering with plant leadership to drive Human Resources strategy, execution, and compliance.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and counsel regarding Human Resources aspects of plant operations

  • Manage employee relations through the issue resolution process

  • Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

  • Lead the development, implementation, and auditing of policies and procedures

  • Analyze training and development needs and lead the development and administration of training programs

  • Manage regulatory compliance efforts

  • Lead culture assessment processes and provide direction on development and implementation of action plans

  • Lead year‑end processes including performance management and salary planning

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7 or more years of professional experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment supporting more than five hundred employees

  • Previous experience managing people or leading teams

  • Demonstrated experience with Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Department of Labor regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management practices

  • Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects

  • Demonstrated experience applying influence management skills to accomplish goals

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or another Human Resources information system

  • Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, change, and a dynamic business environment

  • Demonstrated success building strong relationships and partnerships with internal customers and peers

Compensation 

Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
