Berner Food & Beverage, LLC. intends to provide collegiate internships for those students interested in Manufacturing Operations, Continuous Improvement, Business, Human Resources, Maintenance, Quality, Warehousing/Logistics, Procurement, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Environmental Health and Safety, Research & Development, or any similar area/business unit of manufacturing.


The Berner Food & Beverage internship program will focus on areas that best suit the student and his/her collegiate curriculum. The student will coordinate with his/her internship Director and provide the necessary information needed by the College/University to Berner Food & Beverage. Berner Food & Beverage will compensate for the internship at an hourly rate (to be determined by the company and at managementโ€™s discretion). *The student is not eligible to receive any benefits as outlined in Bernerโ€™s Handbook (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.). Full or part-time internships are available

ยท Major and or related degree concentration area. *studentโ€™s majors cannot be undecided.

ยท Timeframe that the student is available for the internship. *This includes hours available to work during a standard 40-hour work week.

ยท Student must indicate if this will be credited towards his/her degree.

ยท Student must provide (to Berner Food & Beverage, LLC.) any documents needed for his/her curriculum or needed by the internship director.

ยท All students must be eligible to work in the United States.

ยท All students must adhere to Berner Food & Beverage Handbook Policies, Rules, and Regulations while interning for Berner Food & Beverage.


Pay Range: $17.00-20.00 - Hourly (based on experience)

There are no Benefits Offered for internships with the exception of PTO.


Berner Food & Beverage Hourly employees are eligible for health benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.

Berner Food & Beverage Hourly employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan after 30 days of employment.
