Role Summary

The Project Executive will serve as a senior leader responsible for overseeing technology and low voltage scopes across multiple projects. This individual will drive client relationships, project strategy, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through completion.

You will act as a subject matter expert, integrating technology solutions into construction projects while leading internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve quality, schedule, and budget goals.


What Youโ€™ll DoLeadership & Project Oversight
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and support staff
  • 10 plus years of construction leadership each project exceeding $50 million
  • Industry: Low Voltage/Telecommunications
  • Building infrastructure for "Smart Hospitals"
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure all projects meet financial, quality, and schedule objectives
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business
  • Lead high-level project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Preconstruction & Financial Management
  • Participate in RFP reviews, scope development, and subcontractor selection
  • Review estimates, budgets, and pricing to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Manage change orders, cost controls, and financial projections
  • Support contract negotiations and procurement strategies
Technical Expertise (Low Voltage / Smart Buildings)
  • Provide expertise in design assist, installation, and system integration
  • Collaborate on technology solutions including structured cabling, DAS, security, and smart building systems
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance project value
Execution & Delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate with General Contractors and trade partners
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project closeout processes
  • Lead post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement
