Job Description:

Sun Life embraces a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with the flexibility of virtual work. Our team members and leaders are expected to foster connection and teamwork by being present in the office at least 2 days per week.

The Opportunity:

Collaborates with Voluntary Solutions Manager to determine best suited Benefit Counselors per Client demographics and needs to obtain most successful results for multiple types of enrollment events.

How you will contribute:

  • Coordinate the necessary support for group meeting and benefit fair requests

  • Manage expectations for meeting through contact with both internal and external clients. This role would be responsible for communicating the enrollment support to Enrollment Managers, Sales and Service teams.

  • Conduct case preparation training with Benefit Counselor resources for each case

  • Order materials or technology needed for the enrollment event and review for accuracy

  • Create enrollment event schedules and sign up sheets for on-site employees

  • Insure all pre-communication and enrollment materials are requested and delivered for all the enrollment event

  • Identify and secure appropriate resources for enrollment events based upon set criteria

What you will bring with you:

  • Enrollment or insurance industry experience preferred

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred:

  • Strong organizational skills, accurate and detailed oriented

  • Collaborative workstyle and comfortable navigating across multiple business units including

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to represent Sun Life effectively

  • Ability to manage competing priorities work effectively and independently within time constraints

Salary:

Salary Range: $58,800 - $88,200
