CNC Tube Bender

Looking to work for a company that values its employees?



Position – CNC Tube Bender

Job Location – Pewaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –2nd Shift (3:00pm-1:00am) Monday-Thursday

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $23-$25 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience

The CNC Tube Bender is responsible for safely and efficiently coordinate and directly perform all functions, especially as they relate to operating shop equipment.



Responsibilities

-Program/Bend/Inspect parts to job specific criteria, using Tube Bender

-Edit programs and tech tables to ensure the machine is producing a quality part

-Deburr/Trim parts to job specific criteria, using fabrication equipment

-Prepare and prioritize orders and plan method to complete each on a timely manner. Notify quality manager of substandard materials.

-Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

-High school diploma or GED required

-Strongly prefer high school or technical shop class experience

-At least 3 year of experience in a shop environment

-Experience with blueprint reading and measuring equipment

-Ability to set up and operate a tube bender
