Job description

The PVC Operator is responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes involving polyvinyl chloride materials. This role ensures that equipment operates efficiently, maintains quality standards, and follows safety protocols within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor PVC processing machinery according to production schedules.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve optimal product quality and minimize waste.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Maintain production logs and report any irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
  • Follow safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure raw materials are properly loaded and handled according to specifications.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Two Shift Available

Monday Through Friday 2:45pm-11:15am (2nd Shift)

Monday Through Friday 10:45pm-7:15am (3rd Shift)
