Job Posting

We are seeking a skilled CNC Tube Bender to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC tube‑bending equipment to produce high‑quality bent tubing for hydraulic and mechanical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC tube‑bending machines, tooling, and fixtures
  • Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and GD&T
  • Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot bend quality issues such as wrinkles, flattening, or spring‑back
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
  • 1–3 years of CNC tube bending or related machining experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Work Environment
