Job Title:ย Tube Bender Machine Operator


Job Summary:
The Tube Bender Machine Operator is responsible for operating CNC and/or manual tube-bending machines to produce high-quality bent tubing components. The operator ensures parts meet blueprint specifications, maintains equipment, and follows all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate tube-bending machines according to production requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, tape measures, and other precision tools.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve proper bend angles and dimensions.
  • Load and unload metal tubing and raw materials.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or quality issues.
  • Record production data and inspection results.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work with supervisors and quality personnel to maintain production standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
