Our staff and counselors are multicultural healthcare providers who speak and understand the cultural needs of the community. Our specialty lies in blending Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) into our behavioral health program services to meet the needs of children, adolescents, families, and adults.

We are a multi-service, community-based agency committed to advocating for and providing culturally competent and comprehensive programming. We have a responsibility to the communities we serve and to the staff we employ to help them reach their full potential.

LOCATION:

Main offices are in Randolph and Braintree, Massachusetts. Administrative staff may be designated to work at any of our office sites within the regions we cover. Travel may be required at times based on program needs.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position works directly under executive officers to create internal procedures and guide the development of strategic initiatives for social services, behavioral health, and community-based programs. The role involves developing, maintaining, and implementing strategic initiatives by managing projects, assisting in the development of funding resources, and establishing compliance measures to meet reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing data and operational methods, developing procedures for data collection, assisting with policy and protocol development, implementing strategic initiatives, and analyzing benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position also collaborates with the Quality Management Team to lead and monitor compliance and quality assurance efforts across programs.

The Health Care Administration Specialist oversees program compliance, monitors assigned projects and ensures adherence to regulations set by the Joint Commission, Department of Public Health, and the company’s internal policies and strategic goals.
