What to Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located at out Poplar Bluff, MO Refurbishing plant, you will be a Logistics Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities (to name a few)
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer demand
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock
  • Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping issues
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork where applicable)
  • Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, production, customer service) to align logistics activities
  • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and claims
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency and performance
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None
  • Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience
  • Provides informal guidance and support to team members
Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of shipping processes, carrier management, and inventory control principles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  3. Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
