Position Overview
Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the well-established Escanaba Clinic, serving a close-knit Upper Peninsula community. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care and provider satisfaction.
Practice Highlights
  • Established clinic with experienced support staff
  • Collaborative Team-Based Care model designed to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burden
  • Focus on high-quality, relationship-driven patient care
  • Strong organizational culture with ~92nd percentile physician retention
Schedule & Call
  • Full-time: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
    • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
    • Minimum 4 clinic days/week
  • Call: Large call group, phone-only
  • No scheduled weekends or holidays (except on-call coverage)
  • No inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed + Incentives:
  • 2-year compensation guarantee
  • Opportunity for additional performance-based incentives

Time Off:
  • 200 hours PTO annually during guarantee period
  • 264 hours PTO annually after guarantee

CME:
  • $5,000 annual CME stipend
  • 80 hours CME time off

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
  • Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license
  • Meets Bellin Medical Staff credentialing requirements
