Job description

Practice Details:
Join a team of medical experts as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonologist and help shape the future of our program! Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a physician with strong expertise in diagnosing and treating respiratory diseases and conditions, along with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care.
In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with a collaborative care team and contributing to quality improvement efforts. Critical Care is not an immediate need but may become part of the role in the future.
If you're energized by the chance to help build, refine, and grow a program with the support of an exception team, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
  • Physician rotation of: two weeks in the outpatient Pulmonary clinic with inpatient rounding the last two hours of the day and two weeks of procedure days with clinic days in between
  • Current schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends or call
  • Approximately 10-20 clinic patients per day and 2-4 inpatients per day
  • Participation in regional outreach
  • Minimally invasive procedures including: EBUS, Ion, Bronchoscopy and Navigational Bronchoscopy
  • Six Pulmonary patient rooms
  • Pulmonary Functions Lab
  • Lung Screen Program and Lung Nodule Clinic - weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with radiology and cardiothoracic surgeons discussing patients with positions results
  • Large referral base: Hospital employed primary care & specialty physicians
