Job description

Bellin Psychiatric Center / Bellin Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin is currently recruiting a Board Eligible / Board Certified inpatient child adolescent psychiatrist to join our team. Our recruitment efforts are driven by the need to meet patient demand and ensure continuity of care as we transition with a departing provider. For more than 30 years, Bellin Psychiatric Center has been the premier provider of behavioral health and substance use services in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. As a department of Bellin Memorial Hospital it is the only, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in the community. Our Psychiatric hospital, located 1.5 miles from our main Bellin Hospital Campus, is an 80 licensed bed facility that provides services for children, adolescents and adults.

In addition, we provide the following comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, all of which are certified by the State of Wisconsin, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by Det Norske Veritas (DNV):

  • Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Services
  • Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Services
  • Suboxone/Vivitrol program
  • Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) for child/adolescents and adults
  • Outpatient Services, which include:
    - Psychiatric Care (Geriatric, Adult, Adolescent and Child)
    - Consultative Expert Services
    - Advance Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
    - Neuropsychological and Psychological Testing Services
    - Individual, substance use, family, marital, and child therapy services
