Music Teacher - The Well Music and Arts Foundation
 

Our nonprofit music school exists to transform lives through music education by making high-quality instruction accessible to students of all ages and backgrounds. We believe music is a gift that develops creativity, discipline, confidence, and character while strengthening families and communities. We are seeking dedicated music educators who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and serving others through excellence in music education.

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable music teacher who is committed to helping students grow both musically and personally. Our teachers are educators, mentors, and positive role models who lead with integrity, humility, compassion, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with students of varying ages and skill levels, creates an encouraging learning environment, and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to inspire confidence, perseverance, and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging, individualized music instruction.
  • Develop lesson plans that support each student's musical growth.
  • Encourage consistent practice habits and celebrate student progress.
  • Prepare students for recitals, performances, and evaluations.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding student development.
  • Maintain accurate lesson records and attendance.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and encouraging classroom environment.
