It must consider the overall vision of the organization in its decision-making and in the choice of its interventions. In a “Living Environment” approach: She takes responsibility for a range of nursing care and collaborates in the administration of therapeutic, preventive, diagnostic and research procedures. It mobilizes the members of the team around a concerted intervention plan meeting personalized expectations and needs and adapted to the resident's abilities. It encourages the participation of the family and those close to them. She checks and evaluates the quality of the interventions made by the team members.
