Position Overview

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Home Health assignment with CenterWell Home Health in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes while maintaining a strong work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and be confident managing the clinical needs of patients throughout the home health episode of care.
