Behavioral Health RN – Day Shift

Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC

Schedule: 36/48 Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Start Date: 8/10/26

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $45 per hour - Travel Rates available

Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to support adolescents in a Behavioral Health setting. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping youth navigate behavioral and psychiatric challenges. You’ll work 12-hour day shift alongside a collaborative clinical team dedicated to providing safe, structured, and empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities

•  Deliver direct nursing care to adolescents with behavioral health needs

•  Administer medications and monitor patient responses

•  Partner with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans

•  Perform assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation

•  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, coping skills, and ongoing care

Qualifications
