Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment focused on providing quality care to adult patients dealing with various mental health conditions. This role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Document patient progress and participate in treatment team meetings.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Active RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact state.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • CPI or HWC certification preferred; training will be provided.
