NaphCare is hiring strong Mental Health Registered Nurse (MH RNs, Psych RNs) just like you to join our team at the Lee County Jail located in Fort Myers, FL.  Full Time shifts, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available!  Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience.  Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RNs):

  • Take and document all patient history and vital signs.
  • Perform and document all patient history and vital signs, mental health screenings and/or evaluations
  • Assist with daily triage/sick call, examinations and or/treatments and minor procedures
  • Initiate and document prescribed protocol treatment
  • Respond to and initiate care for medical and mental health emergencies
Qualifications

Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs):

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in FL
  • Valid CPR card
  • Position may require he/she to stand or walk for long periods of time while performing duties
