We're Hiring! Behavioral Health Case Manager - Huntsville, AR

Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people?Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC)is looking for afull-time Behavioral Health Case Manager in our Huntsville Clinic.


As a key member of our healthcare team, the Case Manager willwork as part of the behavioral health team performing care management duties to assess, plan, and coordinate aspects of behavioral health and supporting services across the continuum of care for patients to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness by guiding patients/families with appropriate resources,and other duties deemed necessary to provide service to the center's patients.Every interaction you have will make a real difference in someone's healthcare experience!

High School Diploma or equivalent
Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
Detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about helping others

Must have current CPR

Must be willing to travel

Monday-Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 11:45 AM
