Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including every other weekend.

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is comfortable working with children and adolescents with behavioral health concerns. The position involves providing nursing care in an acute inpatient hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing patient needs and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Administering medication and monitoring patients' response.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Supporting patients with mental health and behavioral disorders.
  • Documenting patient progress and changes in condition.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
