Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, causal modeling, or other core quantitative methods.
  • Experience supporting program evaluation, data-driven decision-making, or applied research initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess technical concepts and communicate complex scientific ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong technical writing, organizational, and coordination skills.

Desired Experience:

  • Masters or PhD in relevant field.
  • Experience supporting R&D organizations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. foreign policy, strategic communications, or messaging campaigns.
  • Background in computational social science, behavioral economics, sociology, anthropology, or communication theory.
  • Experience applying data science methods to influence, messaging, or behavioral analysis.
