Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Modeling:
    • Apply advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze complex datasets
    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Database Management:
    • Design and implement efficient and scalable database architectures
    • Optimize database performance to ensure fast and reliable data retrieval
    • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
  • Data Extraction and Transformation:
    • Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis
    • Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and testing
  • Data Visualization and Reporting:
    • Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement:
    • Stay up to date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
    • Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and methodologies
    • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Solid experience with Root Cause Analysis & Data Quality

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coding skills, e.g., Python, R
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven solid communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
