Job Overview

This is where careers in paid media get built. As a Paid Media Analyst at Augurian, you’ll be hands-on every day—optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and learning how to connect the numbers to client outcomes. You’ll work across PPC, display, and social platforms, building the foundational skills that every great paid media strategist needs.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and dependable. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you need to want to find them. You’ll get exposure to AI tools, consultative client work, and strategic thinking—and you’ll have a team around you that’s invested in helping you grow. You’ll support a diverse client mix—from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, retail, higher education, and grocery—giving you broad exposure to different business models early in your career. Account Execution

  • Proactively optimize digital marketing campaigns by analyzing performance metrics.
  • Contribute insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness; collaborate on longer-term strategy.
  • Implement and maintain paid media campaigns across PPC, display, social media, and other platforms.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure strategies are executed in accordance with best practices, client guidelines, and the Augurian process.

AI Tools & Learning

  • Begin using AI tools—automated bid analysis, creative testing insights, reporting assistance—under manager guidance to accelerate execution and build fluency.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools relevant to paid media; share discoveries with the team.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive campaign success.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports, providing key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data visualization techniques for better comprehension.
  • Communicate and interpret data visualizations clearly.
