Job Summary
Classroom Aide Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School
The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled learning environment. The aide assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to foster the Catholic identity and values of the school community.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the teacher with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.
  • Support individual students or small groups under the direction of the teacher.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during class activities, transitions, lunch, and recess.
  • Reinforce positive behavior and model the school's Catholic values.
  • Prepare instructional materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
  • Assist with clerical and organizational tasks such as copying, sorting, or filing.
