Job description

We're seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive culture change and help leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements by building greater capability for change across their workforces and teams. This role plays a key part in assessing organizational readiness and guiding leadership through successful transformation initiatives.
  • Pay range : $70 /hr on w2 to $75/hr on w2
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee activities focused on driving culture change by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present summary findings prior to recommending change plans to the project team and senior leaders
  • Understand and advise the leadership team on Organizational Development, Change, or Behavioral Change issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar organizational development/change management role
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to advise and influence leadership on complex organizational and behavioral change issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
