Seeking an experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its Executive Leadership Team and lead all clinical services across a multi-site network. This executive will oversee quality, population health, behavioral health integration, enhanced care management, and clinical risk functions while advancing innovative, team-based care models that improve access, efficiency, and patient experience.

Improve provider workflows, panel management, and patient access
The CMO will partner closely with executive leadership to drive performance in value-based care, strengthen provider engagement, optimize care delivery systems, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes oversight of medical directors, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary programs serving diverse populations.
RequirementsMD or DO degree
Board certified in a primary care specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine)
Active or eligible for a California medical license
DEA and CPR/BLS certification
Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA, or similar) strongly preferred
