Are you ready to revolutionize the gaming industry with your expertise in outsourcing and in art? We're currently seeking a Senior Outsource Artist to join our team.

As a Senior Outsource Artist, you will play a key role in ensuring that externally produced assets meet the artistic vision, quality standards, and technical requirements of the project. Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, you will prepare asset briefs, provide clear and actionable feedback, review and refine deliverables, and occasionally create or modify assets when needed. Through your artistic expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, you will help maintain consistency across the project while building strong relationships with globally distributed partners.

In this role you will:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define asset briefs, production requirements, and quality expectations for external partners.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and outsourcing partners, translating creative and technical needs into clear, actionable guidance and feedback.
  • Review, validate, and refine externally produced assets to ensure alignment with the project's artistic vision, quality standards, and technical requirements.
  • Test assets in-engine to evaluate visual quality, functionality, performance, and integration within the game environment.
  • Identify production risks, quality concerns, and bottlenecks, communicating them proactively and supporting mitigation efforts.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing success of external partners by fostering strong working relationships and promoting effective collaboration across cultures and time zones.
What we're looking for:
  • 7+ years of experience in video game as a 3D or Level Artist.
  • Strong experience as an Environment Artist;
  • Proven experience reviewing, refining, or creating art assets, with strong artistic expertise relevant to environment art.
  • Experience working with external vendors, outsourcing studios, or co-development partners, with the ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including art production: Modeling, UVing, PBR, LODS, Collisions.
  • Experience using production and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with geographically and culturally diverse teams.

  • Contribuer a l'integration et au succes continu des partenaires externes en developpant de solides relations de travail et en favorisant une collaboration efficace entre differentes cultures et fuseaux horaires.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Minimum 7 ans d'experience dans l'industrie du jeu video en tant qu'Artiste 3D ou Artiste de niveau (Level Artist);
  • Solide experience en tant qu'Artiste d'environnement;
  • Experience averee dans la revision, le raffinement ou la creation de contenu artistique, avec une expertise particuliere en art d'environnement;
  • Experience de collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes, des studios d'externalisation ou des partenaires de co-developpement, avec la capacite de fournir des retroactions constructives et exploitables;
  • Excellente comprehension des pipelines de developpement de jeux video, notamment des processus de production artistique : modelisation, depliage UV, PBR, LODs et collisions;
  • Experience avec des outils de gestion de production et de projet tels que JIRA, Confluence, Monday ou des plateformes similaires;
  • Excellentes competences en communication, en organisation et en developpement de relations professionnelles, avec la capacite d'evoluer dans l'ambiguite, de gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement et de collaborer efficacement avec des equipes reparties a travers differents pays et cultures.
